First of all, so disappointing having to wait outside in the cold for 40 mins. Seriously need to address this and consider having patio heaters or have a temporary cover as a shelter for people to wait under - as its a bit of a wind tunnel in that area. Finally, when we got inside and had to wait a further 45 mins for our table.... Ok. we tho…
